Foundations That Stay Up and Stay Protected
Networks, servers, power, surveillance and access control are invisible until they fail. Reliance designs, installs, secures and maintains the infrastructure that offices, campuses, clinics and industrial sites depend on — and documents it properly so that the next engineer to touch it is not working blind.
Infrastructure Services
| Service | What is included |
|---|---|
| Structured cabling and fibre | Site survey, cable-route design, Cat6 and fibre installation, containment, patch panels, labelling, certification testing and as-built documentation. |
| Network design and equipment | Switching and routing design, VLAN and segmentation planning, wireless coverage design and installation, supply and configuration of network equipment. |
| Server and data-centre solutions | Server sizing and supply, rack and cabinet installation, virtualisation, redundancy and power planning, cooling considerations, monitoring. |
| Cloud infrastructure and backup | Cloud environment design, migration of workloads, hybrid configurations, scheduled backup, and tested restore procedures. |
| CCTV and surveillance | Camera selection and placement, IP camera installation, recording and retention configuration, remote viewing, and integration with access control. |
| Biometric and card access control | Door hardware, controllers, enrolment, access rules by role and time, attendance reporting, and integration with HR systems where required. |
| Power and continuity support | UPS sizing and supply, protected circuits for critical equipment, and coordination with electrical contractors on generator changeover. |
| Managed ICT support | Helpdesk, remote and on-site support, patching, monitoring, asset register maintenance and periodic service reporting under an agreed service level. |
Cybersecurity Services
| Engagement | What we do | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Security assessment | Review of network architecture, access controls, patching, backup, endpoint protection, user administration and physical security. | A findings report with risks rated by severity, and a prioritised remediation plan with effort estimates |
| Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing | Authorised technical testing of agreed systems within a defined scope and rules of engagement. | Technical findings, evidence, severity ratings, remediation guidance and a retest of fixed items |
| Hardening and remediation | Implementation of the agreed fixes — configuration changes, segmentation, access review, patch programme, logging and monitoring. | Change record, before-and-after configuration baseline, updated documentation |
| Access and identity review | Review of who has access to what, removal of dormant and excessive privileges, and establishment of a joiners-movers-leavers process. | Access register, revised role model, written procedure |
| Backup and recovery assurance | Verification that backups exist, are complete, are protected from the same failure, and can actually be restored. | Restore test evidence, recovery time and recovery point positions, documented recovery procedure |
| Security awareness training | Practical staff training on phishing, credential handling, device security and incident reporting. | Delivered sessions, materials, and a reporting route staff will actually use |
We Work Around Your Operations
Infrastructure work happens in buildings that are still being used. We plan cutovers outside operating hours where the site requires it, agree any unavoidable downtime in advance and in writing, keep work areas safe and clean, and leave every installation labelled and documented. Where a site is shared with other contractors, we coordinate directly with them rather than through the client.
Frequently Asked Questions
What security standards do you apply?
We follow Zero-Trust Network Access principles. This includes implementing identity and access management controls, configuring network boundary limits, encrypting data during transition, and setting up isolated backup systems.
Book a Site Assessment
A short site visit produces a far more accurate quotation than a specification written at a distance. Tell us the site, the scope and the constraints, and we will arrange an assessment.
