Reliance Solutions and Technology
Commercial Collaboration

Build and Deliver with Reliance

Reliance forms opportunity-specific partnerships with organisations that bring complementary value to a project. We work with manufacturers, authorised distributors, financiers, logistics providers, contractors, consultants and technology specialists capable of meeting institutional standards and of performing if a contract is awarded.

Each partnership is assessed and documented on its own terms. We do not maintain open-ended arrangements that oblige either side to work together on opportunities neither has seen.

Discipline & Integrity

A Documented Process, Every Time

01

Protected Origin

The opportunity is registered and its source is protected. Whoever brings the opportunity is recorded as its originator, and that record governs how the opportunity is handled.

02

Joint Assessment

Both parties assess eligibility, cost, delivery capacity and risk. Neither side commits before understanding what performance will require.

03

Structure Confirmation

The permitted structure is confirmed before submission. The tender or contract document determines who may lead, who may subcontract and what must be disclosed.

04

Written Deal Sheet

A written deal sheet defines financing, execution and commercial terms. Nothing proceeds on a verbal understanding.

05

Transparent Accounting

Project income and approved costs are recorded transparently. Both parties can see the project account.

06

Ongoing Confidentiality

Confidentiality and non-circumvention continue after the transaction. Obligations do not end when the contract does.
