Dr Charles S Mwansasu
Managing DirectorDr Charles S Mwansasu provides strategic leadership for Reliance Solutions and Technology, guiding business development, institutional partnerships, investment opportunities and the company's long-term growth. He leads the alignment of the company's technology, procurement, electric-mobility and project-delivery capabilities so that clients and strategic partners deal with one coherent organisation rather than separate business lines.
His focus is on building the supplier, manufacturer and financing relationships that allow Reliance to take on institutional contracts at scale, and on maintaining the governance standards those contracts require.
Sabrina Iddy Gulam
Operations DirectorSabrina Iddy Gulam oversees operational planning, internal coordination and project execution. She works across internal teams and delivery partners to ensure that responsibilities, timelines, resources and service standards are clearly managed from mobilisation through to delivery and support.
Her remit covers project scheduling, supplier coordination, delivery documentation and the internal quality checks that take place before any handover to a client.

Dean Garlus serves as a Senior Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reliable software solutions that support the company’s digital operations. He leads technical development initiatives, solves complex programming challenges, and works closely with other teams to deliver efficient and scalable systems.

Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software applications and systems. Handles both frontend and backend development, database integration, system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and implementation of new features to ensure reliable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
Stewart
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern software systems and web applications. Specializes in building business management systems, integrating databases and APIs, improving system performance, implementing AI-powered solutions, and creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Also handles system deployment, troubleshooting, updates, and ongoing technical improvements.
