Five Capabilities, One Delivery Structure
Reliance operates through five capability areas — enterprise technology, ICT infrastructure and cybersecurity, procurement and institutional supply, electric mobility, and project delivery. Each has its own technical leadership and its own supplier relationships. All of them are delivered through one project structure, with a single point of contact for the client, one documentation standard and one set of acceptance procedures.
This matters most on mixed contracts. A school modernisation may involve network cabling, laptops, a management system, teacher training and a maintenance agreement.
